While my weight hasn’t changed at all, my clothes are definitely fitting better.  My skirt and pant suits, which didn’t fit at all two months ago, now fit with just a little bit of a pinch, so even though the scale isn’t moving, I am starting to look and feel better! Week 4 Check-In

The Art of Skinny: Week 1

It’s time to lose weight. I’ve spent the past year learning how to eat right, getting into the habit of drinking lots of water, getting out of the snacking habit, and cutting back on drinking. This year, it’s time to exercise and mind portions.
