There menu planner is very helpful, and there tracker shows you what calories you&#039;re burning from your food, and what you&#039;re burning from your body (unfortunately the two programs don&#039;t talk to each other so you have to enter your diet twice). I&#039;m not strictly speaking a food pyramid person, more of an Adkins light girl, but even so the way they track the data is still very helpful (so my carbs will be under and my proteins high, it still helps me see what I need to work on).</description>
