		<description>We actually skipped them!  That night Brian was over, and he and Tyson were doing Snooty Drunks.  I ended up making a quick pasta instead.  The steaks tonight were very good!  I put equal parts ginger and garlic, salt and pepper to taste, and a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar into a Foodsaver bag, then vacuum sealed the steaks with the marinade.  The Foodsaver process marinates meat in a matter of minutes (instead of overnight).  The meat was so flavorful!  I suggest serving on the rare side for maximum taste...if you can handle it!  LOL!</description>
