I have quite a few repeats this week since we ended up having quite a few leftovers from early in the week, then dinner out for the fiance’s birthday…which unfortunately gave us food poisoning, which meant quick comfort foods over the weekend.
Here’s what’s cooking this week:
- Monday: Vegetable & Italian Sausage Linguine
- Tuesday: Baked Fish & Chips with Sauteed Spinach
- Wednesday: Roasted Pork Loin with Roasted Vegetables
- Thursday: Spinach Stuffed Shells
- Friday: Chicken Fajitas
- Saturday: Matzoh Ball Soup with Chicken
- Sunday: Leftover Matzoh Ball Soup with Chicken
